Application
1. The dyestuff industry is used to produce sulphur dyes and is the raw material for sulphur blue and sulphur blue. The printing and dyeing industry is used as a dyeing agent for dissolving sulfur dyes. In the tanning industry, it is used to hydrolyze raw hides and is used to formulate sodium polysulfide to accelerate dry skin soaking and softening. The paper industry uses paper as a cooking agent. The textile industry is used for the denitrification of man-made fibers and the reduction of nitrates, as well as the mordant for the dyeing of cotton fabrics. The pharmaceutical industry is used to produce antipyretic drugs such as phenacetin. In addition it is also used for making sodium thiosulfate, sodium hydrosulfide, sodium polysulfide and so on.
2. The addition of an appropriate amount of sodium sulfide in aluminum and alloy alkaline etching solution can significantly improve the etching surface quality, and can also be used to remove alkali-soluble heavy metal impurities such as zinc in the alkaline etching solution.
3, sodium sulfide can also be used for direct electroplating in the conductive layer of the treatment, through the reaction of sodium sulfide and palladium to generate colloidal palladium sulfide to achieve the purpose of forming a good conductive layer on the non-metallic surface.
4, as a corrosion inhibitor. Sodium thiosulfate, sodium polysulfide, sulfur dyes, and other raw materials.
5, for the manufacture of sulfur dyes, leather depilator, metal smelting, photography, rayon and other denitrification.
