Features
XT-707 high-performance pre-filming agent is mainly composed of various complexing agents, dispersants, film formers, surfactants, etc., the unshared electron pair of oxygen atoms in the organic complex, and the metal ions or bands such as iron and calcium. Some of the positively-charged iron atoms undergo chemical adsorption to form coordination bonds. Finally, a layer of insoluble chelating film is formed to cover the surface of carbon steel and other metals. This film has large resistance and can isolate metal and water from corrosive media. Thus play a role in inhibiting corrosion.
XT-707 high-efficiency pre-filming agent has the characteristics of fast film formation, fine and uniform film quality, good chemical stability, and low corrosion rate. XT-707 high-performance pre-filming agent has strong adaptability to water quality without interference from harmful ions such as copper and iron in water.
XT-707 high-efficiency pre-filming agent is mainly used for the heat transfer of the new device of circulating cooling water system after driving or system overhaul. Pre-filming of gas equipment and pipelines forms a protective film on the metal surface to prevent corrosion of carbon steel, copper alloys, and stainless steel during operation.

Usage and Dosage
The dosage of 200-500mg/L is preferred. Pretreatment filming time for cold state is 48-72 hours, and for heat state is 24-48 hours.
